#7201 Peking Chinese rug This circa 1910 Peking Chinese Oriental rug measures 5’1” X 7’9”. It has a very deep rust to brick red field containing five dragons. There is one in each corner in blue and green flying through the clouds and one full faced yellow gold dragon in the center encircling the pearl of wisdom. A cloud motif is scattered throughout the field in yellow, green, blue and pink all flying above a water feature upon which the sacred mountain of meditation is centered. All is encompassed with a fuchsia colored cloud border. This rug has complete ends and sides. One edge needs repairing which will be done before delivery. The rug has excellent pile. It is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays shipping of $95.00 |
