#7149 Art Deco Chinese Rug
This circa 1925 Art Deco
Chinese rug measures 4’8” X 7’1”. It has a deep red Bordeaux wine
colored field with four phoenix birds and two butterflies which are sniffing around two
huge flowers looking for some afternoon delight. The
phoenix birds are flying off into the navy blue border with flowering trees, bushes and
grapevines containing what the butterflies are actually chasing, two more butterflies. The rug has cork wool which is like velvet. The ends and sides are complete The rug is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays
