#7119 Fereghan Sarouk This circa 1880 Fereghan Sarouk measures 4’6” x 6’10”. This is a very attractive carpet with a navy blue medallion containing six cypress trees flanking a heroic tree of life surrounded with a scalloped border in deep rose. It has an ivory field which consists of various birds and insects flitting in and out of flowering trees and bushes all encompassed with a major border in deep rose of rabbits and birds frolicking about what appears to be a garden. The ends and sides are complete. This rug is 99.9% full pile. This is a stunningly beautiful rug. The buyer pays shipping with insurance of $90.00. |
