#6986 Art Deco Chinese rug

  This circa 1925 Art Deco Chinese rug measures 3’2” round.  It has a nicely drawn three-masted Chinese junk in ivory, rust and blue which is sailing rough waters in two shades of blue with white caps.  All is on a black ground encompassed with a very Deco border surrounding a  striped cloud motif.   The way the flags are whipping around it doesn’t look like a good day for sailing.  This rug is in mint condition.  The buyer pays a shipping of $20.00.
