#6847 Kazak Runner
This circa 1890 Kazak runner measures 3’7” X 11’0”. It has a pumpkin colored field with staggered botehs in tomato red, seafoam green, ivory, and burnt sienna going the length of the field. The major border is ivory with the stars and bars design reminding one of a Chi Chi. The inner border is the same on a blue ground. The outer border has a red ground with triangles in ivory, burnt sienna, yellow, teal and blue. There is slight loss at one corner and 3 inch loss in the selvage on the right-hand side. The rug has slight wear is photographed in the field. This is a very attractive rug and a good deal for the money. The buyer pays shipping a $50.00.
