#6755 Sarouk
This circa 1920 antique Sarouk measures 4 ‘ 4” x 6’ 8 “. It has a lovely cranberry to maroon ground with an overall design into shades of blue, yellow gold, brown, ivory, and sky blue. The major border is in dark blue with very well drawn flower blossoms of various types. This rug is full pile and the ends and sides are original and complete. It has very lustrous wool and is finely woven. This is not a run-of-the-mill Sarouk but is something special. It is essentially mint. The buyer pays a shipping and insurance of $50.00.
