#6735 Kuba This circa 1880 Kuba measures 3’7” by 4’6”. It has a mustard gold field containing palmette motif in tomato red, green, blue, yellow, and ivory. The major border is wine glass motif in blue, green, and tomato red , with some aubergine on an ivory ground. The reciprocal guard borders are alternating oblique stripes in the rugs colors. The top end of the rug has a very nice ‘Kubaesque’ knotted fringe. The ends and sides are complete. The rug has excellent pile. It is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping and insurance of $50.
