#6652 Tekke Bohkara This circa 1890 Tekke Bohkara measures 80 X 160. It has 40 Tekke guls on a cherry red Salor ground. It has a major border of repeated quartered Yomud guls and Yomud skirts in a Chodor brown with asymmetric knots open to the right and a very depressed back. All in all, this is a very weird rug constructionwise. The colors, knots and foundation are Salor. The skirts and major border are Yomud. The major and secondary guls in the field are Tekke. You take your pick. The rug is in very good condition for its age. It is a fantastic gallery size. The buyer pays the shipping and insurance of 95.00.
