#6542 Peking Art Deco Chinese Rug
This circa 1920 Peking weave Art Deco Chinese Oriental rug measures
4’0” X 5’9”. It has a camel colored ground with a deep red border.
There are three golden colored birds in the left corner soaring in flight. The outer
border is a little lighter than the field color and has tops of palm trees at the bottom.
On the right side is a craggy tree coming into the field from the border where it is
perched on a cliffside. There are very long hanging vines with multi colored leafs coming
from the tree. The major border is a beautiful shade of red. It is in good condition. It
is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping and insurance of 45.00.
