#6496 Mandarin Art Deco Chinese Rug This circa 1910 Mandarin Art Deco Chinese rug measures 4’0” X 5’10”. It has a yellow gold ground with a butterfly and a well drawn bird in blue and purple sitting in flowering trees in several shades of blue, purple, red and green on a branch which holds a suspended lantern. The navy blue border contains a riot of large flowers and vases of flowers in reds, purples, magenta blue, yellow and gold all running into the field. This rug is in perfect condition.
