#6485 Art Deco Chinese rug This circa 1930 Art Deco Chinese rug measures 3’10” X 5’8”. It has a gray oval field with two butterflies enclosed with a dark green border very much like an old fashioned picture frame. It has a a design consisting of two urns, one with a teapot and one with a flower spray coming out of the border into the field with giant sprays of blossoms in red, yellow and blue coming from behind the oval field, up and over it and spilling down into it. The rug is beautifully drawn and in mint condition. The buyer pays the shipping and insurance of 45.00.
