#6448 Kayseri This circa 1900 Keyseri measures 4’0” X 6’2”. It has a Quashki design with a dark blue field with four medallions, two red and two ivory. , on an ivory ground with a red border. The rug is silk and metal. The ivory areas of the rug which show up as low are metal souf technique. The rug has a low abrash at the upper end and the rest is full pile. The rug is very very nice with good silk. The ends are complete with nice kilims and long fringes. The buyer pays the shipping and insurance of 50.00.
