#6305 Peking Chinese
This circa 1900 Peking Chinese rug measures 9’1” X 11’6”. It has a light cocoa field with corner designs of urns containing flower sprays and tables with bowls of fruit and a small table with a ceramic bowl. There are four flower sprays through the field. It has a pale yellow border with a flower spray design in blue, gold and ivory. The corners are worked in flowering urns. The bottom border has an interesting dye lot change to a pale rose background. The rug is in excellent full pile condition. There is one low spot which has been photographed. The ends and sides are complete. The rug is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping and insurance of 125.00.
