#6047 Art Deco Chinese This vintage Art Deco Chinese rug from the 1920’s measures 10’0” X 13’9”. It has a very pale green to gray ground with a large medallion in two tones of red leaves with white veining. The field is a combination of red entwined ribbons with sprays of flowers in lavender, purple, two shades of green and two colors of blue. All is encompassed with a border of the same design and colors of the medallion. The rug has had the white knots cut out and shows some wear but is in generally good condition. These large Art Deco Chinese rugs are very hard to find and this is a beautiful example of its type with years of use left in it. The buyer pays the s&I of 250.00.
