#5651 Shirvan

This is a magnificent vintage 1880’s Shirvan which measures3’9” X 6’5”. It is in essentially mint condition. The design has five ivory medallions on a dark blue ground. Every medallion is different. The ground is completely covered in design. There are little stars, crosses, rectangles and a little man. The main border has an ivory ground. The minor borders are flower head rhomboids on a brown ground. The ends and sides are complete including selvedge at both ends. The condition of this rug is unbelievable. It has all vegetable dyes and is clean and ready to go! The buyer pays the s&I of 50.00.
