#5626 Seyhore Kuba
This circa 1875 Seyhore Kuba measures 4’5” X 6’5”.
It has two complete Saint Andrews crosses on an ivory ground. It has nice asymmetrically
drawn field motifs. It has a major border of flower heads on a green ground and a very
unusual double running dog border on an ivory ground. The guard stripe is missing at one
end. There is slight erosion of the wool in the upper green border where it shifts to pale
brown. Otherwise, the rug has excellent pile.
